When you use the Project Inquiry form, the General Enquiry form, the Quick Qualification flow, or contact us directly, we may collect information to review and respond to your enquiry. Depending on which form you use, this may include:

• Qualification answers from the Quick Qualification flow (what you want to improve, your biggest current problem, and team size)
• Project onboarding details for paid delivery work, such as business operating hours, services, staff availability, booking rules, and website/integration context needed to configure a booking system
• Technical information typically collected by website hosting and analytics tools

On the Project Inquiry form, full name, email address, business name, preferred service, and project message are required. Phone number, website URL, and other details are optional or may appear only for certain service selections.

On the General Enquiry form, name, phone number, business name, and message are required. Email address is optional.

On the Quick Qualification flow, first name, last name, email address, and your qualification answers are required. You must also agree to our privacy terms before submitting.

After a booking-system project is paid, we may collect operational onboarding information through a secure project link so we can configure the booking system. That form is not used to collect passwords, API keys, recovery codes, or card details.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review your enquiry, understand your goals, recommend a suitable service level, prepare a response or proposal, and communicate with you about possible work. We do not sell your personal information.

How information is handled

Enquiry details are received by AUREX and may be processed by service providers that help operate the website or deliver messages (for example hosting, email delivery, workflow automation, analytics, or error monitoring). Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services and have their own privacy policies.

First-party website analytics

AUREX uses first-party analytics on this website to understand how the site performs and to measure enquiry and conversion journeys (for example visits, diagnostics, quotes, and payments). This is separate from any third-party advertising pixels that may also be present.

We store anonymous visitor and browsing-session identifiers in first-party cookies and browser storage, together with first-touch campaign and source information such as UTM parameters when they are present in a link.
